Important Information

You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your registration of my service implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Codezenith.co.uk offer a PHP 1-2-1 training service. This is delivered using remote access software and this will be used to connect to the students computer. I 'David Jackson' will use the remote access software to code on the students PC as part of the teaching medium. When a student registers on Codezenith.co.uk, he or she agrees that I, 'David Jackson', can connect to their computer under the services of Codezenith.co.uk using Teamviewer software. I, 'David Jackson', will not be responsible for any loss of information, data or damage to the students computer while connected through Teamviewer or the use of any additional software which enables me to deliver the course.
2. The student must be at least 18 years old before the training, which includes a remote connection, can take place.
3. Codezenith.co.uk teach a number [number will be dependent on ability] of free lessons to the student which are delivered over a period which is agreed by both student and teacher. A fee is expected after the 2nd lesson of £150+.
4. A training appointment may be rescheduled if 24 hour notice is given. This can be given through Microsoft Live Messenger or an Email addressed to david.jackson@codezenith.co.uk. If 24 hours is not given then i will reschedule when an additional payment is made above £20 GBP.
5. I reserve the right to terminate the training and block the student from further contact for any infringement of the above terms or for any antisocial behaviour aimed toward myself 'David Jackson'.

Summary

In order to get the best from the course you are expected to do all homework before our next session. If you do not do the homework, for whatever reason, then we will have to reschedule. If you don't have time to do the homework before our next session then you must email me 24 hours before in order to reschedule. You must turn up for your lesson on time. Failure to do so will result in the course being cancelled. No refunds will be given if the course is cancelled due to you not turning up. This is to cover my time and effort as I will always meet our agreed appointment. If you have to cancel for any reason you may do so 24 hours before the lesson by Email, LIVE communicator or Skype. You must get a response from me. If you do not get a response from me then this means I have not received your cancellation request. The main rules are... do the homework, turn up on time and enjoy it.
